SEMI-FINALS UMPIRING ALLOCATIONS
2010 UMPIRING NATIONAL C CAMP
Just a reminder about the Netball NSW National C Camp for 2010. Please find attached registration form and flyer.
When: 8:30am – 5pm Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th February, 2010.
Where: Anne Clark Centre, Lidcombe
Cost: $170 per participant

Umpires will have the opportunity to be coached by National AA, National A and National B Badged umpires. This is a great opportunity to learn some new skills or refresh some old ones.
The Section 1 Theory Exam is now run completely online. You can access the exam via the following link - Netball Umpires Exam Section 1 Theory.
WDNA will be hosting a Level 1 Umpiring Course in 2010, date to be advised. Anyone interested in completing their Level 1 must register their interest with Chris Miles by the first round of competition on Saturday 17th March.

2010 COMPETITION UMPIRING GUIDELINES
Umpiring is Umpire your Own for all grades other than Division 1 which is organised by the WDNA Umpiring Committee. Each Umpire is to wear ALL WHITE or club uniform. White tracksuits are permitted. All umpires must ensure that they arrive to the game on time and check nails, jewellery etc as per rule book. If an Umpire does not turn up for their allocated game and their club cannot provide a replacement within 5 minutes after the official starting time a fine of $49.50 will be imposed on that club and must be paid to the Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer or WDNA Umpires Committee by the following week or that umpire will be declared an unfinancial member. Umpires must sign the scoresheet at the finish of the game.
More C Badges for Wyong - Congratulations to Zoe Hall, Pre Moana and Amber Cross who recently achieved her National C Badge for umpiring.
Alara Townsend to Umpire Pre-Swifts Match - Congratulations to Alara Townsend who has been selected by the Central Coast Academy of Sport to umpire the pre-Swifts match between the Central Coast Academy and the Metro Team on Monday 7th June.
National C or B Umpiring Badges - Any umpires wishing to complete their National C or B umpiring badge in 2010 must register their interest with Chris Miles by the second round of competition on Saturday 17th April 2010.
Two Umpires Accepted into 2010 Academy Umpiring Program - Congratulations to Nadia Bulgin and Alara Townsend who have been accepted into the 2010 Central Coast Academy of Sport Umpiring Program. The girls will be under the tutelage of National A Badge Umpire, Lauren Hill.
