All General Assembly meetings are held at the Baker Park clubhouse and begin promptly at 7.30pm. The following dates apply for Season 2010.
Monday 8th February - AGMfor 2009 plus General Council Meeting
Monday 8th March
Monday 10th May
Monday 21st June (3rd Monday of the month)
Monday 9th August
Monday 13th September
AGM - TBA (Probably February 2011)
All correspondence must be given to the Secretary on or before these dates to have it dealt with at that meeting except for matters deemed by the Executive to be of a controversial nature which will be held over until the next meeting. All clubs must have a representative at General Assembly meetings. Failure to attend will result in a $20 (plus GST) fine payable before teams take the court on the next day of play. All delegates to WDNA meetings must be financial members of the Association.
